          When I first received my trim treads, all I could so was laugh while I tried walking in them. I felt like a baby first learning to walk. After a few days, walking in them became normal and every step I took made me feel kind I was "bouncing" around. You can actually feel it in your legs after a nice, brisk walk. I LOVE my trim treads! I don't have the time for an exercise routine and because of this, I have suffered the consequences and gained weight.
