products ╟ magnesium oil ╟ magnesium benefits ╟ magnesium deficiency ╟ transdermal magnesium ╟ testimonials
magnesium serves hundreds of functions within the body.
DO you suffer from?
hypertension, psoriasis, acne, eczema, diabetes, atherosclerosis, migraines, muscle spasms, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, low energy, insomnia, anxiety, depression, autism, asthma, osteoporosis, or other diseases not mentioned?
with proper magnesium nourishment, these could improve, if not disappear completely.
an estimated 75% of Americans are magnesium deficient, a very serious & common dilemma. magnesium deficiency often goes undiagnosed & untreated because there are no forms of accurate clinical testing to confirm someone is so, it's influence on so many of the body's systems cause doctor's to look elsewhere when compiling a list of symptoms, & unfamiliar, it's viewed as not pertant in the healthcare industry.

the solution: ancient minerals made of the 250 million old, inactive Zechstein sea of pure magnesium, found deep underground in Europe, untouched by modern day pollution
there is oral magnesium, taken in a pill form & processed by the intestinal tract, & there is transdermal ("topical") magnesium, applied to & absorbed through the skin, directly to the cells. oral magnesium produces an laxative effect, & has a varying bio availability of 4 to 50%. magnesium oxide, universally sold of shelves due to it's low cost & easy access, has an absorption rate of as low as 4%! SO if you buy a 250mg pill, expect to receive only 10% of it accompanied by diarrhea. topical magnesium, such as ancient minerals products, is 100% absorbed, taken in, & stored for later use.
remember! anything we expose to our skin enters our bloodstream, so start making healthier choices!
WHAT medical experts have done for me so far: diagnosed me with various conditions, put me on medications like cellcept for an immuno disorder, diamox for water issues, seroquil for my "bipolar" nerves, anxiety & poor sleep patterns, amitriplyine for ocd, birth control of pcos, & told me because my compilation of "symptoms" do not make sense together, they're not sure what the culprit(s) is
ancient minerals magnesium oil
this, in particular, is my favorite method of application & source of magnesium. the fine spray absorbes almost immediately & because it is so "thin", there is no residue afterwards. after showers & before going to bed, I like to do a couple squirts per each arm, leg, my stomache, chest AND face- then rub it in. I can then change into clothes 2 minutes later without expecting any to rub off. expect a slight sting, but that just means it's working!
oil advice: dilute with water 1:1 if irritation bothers you & don't spray on legs following a shave- although safe, the sting can be too much.
ancient minerals magnesium bath flakes
aka bath salt, well-tolerated (no sting) & best for healing various skin conditions, wounds & muscle pressure. what's nice about this method is it's easy to do- you just have to find the time. I usually throw about 2 cups worth in my bath water, which surprisingly dissolve before hitting the bottom of the tub. laying there, I have personally experienced a release of tension & surge of overflowing relaxation- so much so that I'd felt the blood running through my veins in my propped up feet. after 30 minutes or so, I drain the bath, stand up & shower to avoid any probability of dried up residue.
bath flake advice: great for foot soaks too. 30 minute soak = full dose of magnesium
ancient minerals magnesium gel
combined with aloe verta, this is designed to remain hydrated verses entirely soped up on skin. you can apply to desired areas, wait 20 minutes then wipe off with wet washcloth OR you can do it my way. not one of my favorite methods of application but one I do most often, my way includes undressing, rubbing a layer on my entire face & body, waiting 20 minutes for the full effect while standing, then jumping in the shower. because my skin is so sensitive, for the first 5-10 minutes I endure some sting & irritation typically @ the top of my chest, a natural reaction that varies while getting used to the product...
gel advice: great for massage therapy too. NEVER EVER put on eyelids! sting & irritation is harmless but can be bothersome so avoid susceptible areas for so many applications.
ancient minerals magnesium lotion
enriched with shea butter & coconut oil, & like the bath flakes, this is ideal for the most sensitive skinned person because there is no sting whatsoever. lotion is something we put on numerously so it makes remembering to apply this type of topical magnesium effortless & requires no clean up. I personally use the lotion throughout the day without thinking twice about it. this would be the option to go with if none of the above application methods appeal to you.

HOW ancient minerals have worked for me:
what sticks out in my mind is when I reap the fruits of my bath with magnesium bath flakes. within minutes comes an overwhelming sense of utter relaxation from my muscles to my mind & that's something I look forward to. obviously it makes physical & mental problems not so persistent & falling asleep easier, something even my prescribed medication can't fully do. some may think it's just the warm water but I assure you that's not it. relief from our internal struggles is a beautiful thing.
I have also been hopeful in the area of it helping my acne (among other things). while direct contact on my back seemed to make it break out in blackheads, I do understand that this is a process that relates to all possible wanted effects. magnesium is essential for detoxification of the free radicals & pollution floating around in our bodies. depending on how toxic you are & where the most toxins lye in your body, drawing them out may mean skin conditions have to get worse before they can get better. I am still in those stages with my back, as my face happens to handle the products really well.
magnesium is serious business & the best form of it is found through ancient minerals because unlike other suppliers, where it comes from remains untouched by modern day civilization. if it's not me who convinces you to try this out, read some testimonials before you decide to close the door.

I have a bad right knee which I hurt in my early twenties skking on Mt Hood. I fell and my skiis twisted and didn't pop off. Now that I am older I ripped that same knee and had surgery for a torn lateral meniscus. A mri told me i have osteoarthritis in my knees. I have fingers the knuckes that get sore when I knit due to arthritis too. Getting old aches and pains. Things that you do younger will affect how you are older. Magnesium is good for everyone if used properly. Rita Spratlen rj_angel_house@yahoo.com
