Activia Selects yogurt Blog Tour @MomCentral

If you're anything like me, you probably crave the taste of a simple, decidant, dessert-like snack, already prepared & above all, nutritious. Sounds enticing but too good to be true, doesn't it? It just so happens I know of one, one I often find myself dipping into. Called Activia Selects, it's a yogurt bursting with ooey gooey goodness while also being beneficial to anyone & everyone. Find it in the dairy isle of your nearest grocery store!

First, let me say, I don't normally care for yogurt, & yet Activia Selects French style with Fruit on the Bottom is the exception to that statement. So what makes it so great? The obvious reason is the sweet & chunky fruit, but as philosophy teaches us, the river runs deeper than that. It's formulated with Bifidus Regularis, clinically shown to play an active role in helping regulate your digestive system when consumed daily for two weeks as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Speaking from experience, two weeks of this stuff once a day will naturally do your body a whole lot of good. As my grandma used to tell me, the proof is in the pudding... meaning, sometimes you've just got to try it yourself.

It doesn't take a genius to find time for this special treat. When things are hectic, resorting to Activia Selects (French with Fruit on the Bottom, in particular) becomes my excuse to retreat from the stress. I savor each bite of the creamy, sauce-like texture of the yogurt, only to ultimately devour the very real & extremely tantilizing fruit. So what flavor has your mouth watering? Strawberry? Mixed berry? Next time you go to grab that candy bar, consider Activia Selects yogurt instead.

“I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Dannon Activia Selects Yogurt Series and received a coupon to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate. However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.”
