ReplyDeleteAngel~ This is SOOOOOO TRUE!! "Perception is in the eye of the beholder". The harder we try the more control we lose. Just being true to ourselves and having a positive outlook on life is what is most important. amylynnsaves at yahoo dot com
ReplyDeleteThis is a good idea because you want to stretch as little as possible after having surgery done. Straining too much can cause some damage.
